CEO of Andybed Consult Ghana Limited Honored at 2025 NUGS Russia Congress
Moscow, Russia — The Chief Executive Officer of Andybed Consult Ghana Limited, Mr. Bediako, has been recognized for his exceptional leadership and remarkable contributions to the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) in Russia during the 2025 Annual Congress of the National Union of Ghana Students in Russia (NUGS Russia) held at RUDN University in Moscow. Mr. Bediako was presented with an award citing him as an Outstanding Leader in recognition of his immense dedication and significant role in the shaping, development, and transformation of the Union. The award was presented during the congress, which brought together Ghanaian student leaders and delegates from various institutions across Russia.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Bediako expressed gratitude to the leadership and members of the Union for the honor bestowed upon him. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between students and union leadership in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the union According to him, strong cooperation within the Union is vital to sustaining its growth and relevance among Ghanaian students studying abroad. He also highlighted the need to strengthen institutional relationships between academic institutions in Ghana and Russia, noting that such partnerships can create greater opportunities for students and promote academic and cultural exchange. “Students must work hand-in-hand with leadership to ensure a seamless running of the Union,” Mr. Bediako stated. “By strengthening our ties with institutions both in Ghana and in Russia, we can build a stronger and more unified community for Ghanaian students abroad.” Beyond his role as CEO of Andybed Consult Ghana Limited, Mr. Bediako currently serves as the President of the Jospong Agronomy Students at RUDN University and also holds the position of Vice President of NUGS Russia. His dual leadership roles within the academic and student governance spheres have enabled him to play a key role in driving initiatives aimed at improving student representation, engagement, and institutional collaboration. Speaking at the event, the former President of NUGS Russia, His Excellency Goldheart, praised Mr. Bediako’s dedication and impact within the Union. He noted that the recognition presented during the congress only reflects a fraction of the work Mr. Bediako has done toward advancing the Union’s mission. “His impressive leadership and contributions toward the development of the Union are truly inspiring,” he remarked. “He deserves even more recognition than what this citation represents.”
